Here’s The Deal:

• $18,400 for basement finishing or remodeling with half bath, up to 300 square feet, labor and materials included
• Additional square footage can be purchased for $25 per square foot
• Offer includes: basic design and layout of basement space; disposal of all debris (up to 3 cubic yards, extra debris can be removed for an additional fee); framing of (4)- 8 foot walls with 2 x 4s; 0.5-inch drywall on walls and ceiling; (6) 6-inch white recessed lights and switch; (4) electrical outlets in walls (including 1 cable outlet) 2 hollow-core; 6 panel white doors with trim and baseboards; white ceilings and 1 color of wall paint (1 primer coat and 2 finish coats); additional colors can be accommodated for an additional fee
• Offer includes for the bathroom: installation using pre-existing underground and water line rough-ins for bathroom, if there aren’t any drain and water rough-ins, an additional fee will apply to install them; inquire with service provider for details; bathroom fixtures included will be contractor grade; upgraded fixtures are available for an additional fee; if no half bath materials necessary “sink, vanity, toilet” a $400 credit can be applied elsewhere ask service provider for details
• Offer excludes: exposed electrical wires, plumbing, or HVAC work below ceiling level will require an additional charge; member must supply paint; mold or mildew removal; waterproofing; and major structural changes and repairs
• Permits not included
• Warranty: 1 year manufactures warranty on materials and a 5 year warranty on labor
• Limit 1 offer per household

• $700 allowance for flooring
• $400 allowance for half bath, including vanity, sink and toilet
